The Big Guava, Cigar City, otherwise known as Tampa FL, features 1917 restaurants for you and your family to choose from. Would you like me to recommend a few? I’m going to recommend four in fact, and these dining establishments are among the best in the city. That will give you peace of mind that you chose a good spot to sit down with your family to eat a great meal on vacation in Tampa, Florida.
La Terraza Restaurant is one of those great places to visit, and it is located 1727 East 7th Avenue. La Terraza is an Italian Restaurant, and its tiramisu makes the menu highlights. Authentic Italian pasta dishes and other entrees and desserts are awaiting you and yours when you dine at this establishment. Enjoy the freshest foods and the best service at La Terraza Restaurant.
Next up is Daily Eats, and it is a cute little eatery located at 908 South Howard Avenue. It could be your brunch spot, and you could order up delicious menu items like turkey hash, french toast and a BLTA. Wait, what’s a BLTA? It’s a bacon, lettuce, tomato and avocado sandwich. Doesn’t that sound scrumptious?
Bartaco Hyde Park is located at 1601 West Snow Avenue, and a few menu items served up there include tacos, pork belly and grilled corn. Basa fish, churros and falafel are a few others. Reviews point not only to great food but also a great location, great service and a great atmosphere. Now that is what I call a great restaurant.
Rusty Pelican is a great pick for your next meal, and this restaurant is located at 2425 Rocky Point Drive. Serving up breakfast, lunch or brunch, this establishment is quite the treat. Enjoy unlimited mimosas, stuffed grouper, crab legs and more according to the reviews. People talk highly of this eatery for sure, and the menu seems rather unique. That stuffed grouper has me intrigued.
Kojak’s House of Ribs deserves a big honorable mention as I conclude this piece. If I write another Tampa restaurants article, I will lead off with that rib or barbecue joint. For now, you have four great places to choose from as you continue your travels around Tampa FL. That last suggestion before the house of ribs sounds like a unique adventure. Perhaps you might want to start with Rusty Pelican, as long as they don’t put one of those on the table.
